The term ultralight fishing refers to the weight of your tackle. This requires using the lightweight spinning rods and reels, designed to perform well with these ultra lightweight lures and lines. Just to make it clear my strategy is kinda abusing the foward skip, start at 900pm cast out 4 heavy bottoms, catch 2-3 sturgeon, jump on my boat so I dont have to reel in my extra lines, hop back on shore skip 2 hours, repeat. Ultralight fishing is defined as fishing with extremely lightweight tackle, using lures between 1/32 and 1/4 oz, and lines between 1 and 6 lb test. Again unless I'm missing something point it out, or is this the most efficient way? Unless I'm missing something I figured you can constantly get xp with no waiting around for bites etc, I know you get way more xp and cash for unique carp and such but there's the cooldown timer that messes that strategy up. Call me crazy but after testing stuff out I feel like sturgeon at cali is still the best way to go(I just got to 55 so no south america yet). So after watching videos and reading guides for the best spot to grind, I've been wondering how fish respawn time and hourly catch limits work in different places.
